    Included - Garbage - Water - Septic Not-Included - Gas - Electricity - Cable - Wifi
  • Can I relocate my mobile inside the park?
    Absolutely! As long as your mobile complies with Lassen County regulations. *In some instances we'll even provide assitance in funding your moving costs.
  • Can I bring my RV/Camper/Travel trailer?
    Yes, we are set up with all hook-ups for electrical, water, sewer, and gas. Pull right in and plug-in for a hassle-free experience.
  • How secure are the premises?
    Our park is professionally monitored by security cameras 24/7. Any suspicious activites are immediately reported to the local authorities.
  • Is the park professionally managed?
    The park is professionally managed by a local property management company with over 25+ years of experience. That's to ensure YOU are taken care of as a valuable resident of the park.
  • Are there any vacancies?
    We currently do have space vacancies that are filling-up fast. Take advantage of affordable space rent prices all while taking-in the breathtaking views of the canyons.
